West Seattle egging bandits?

On New Years Eve, West Seattle Blog wrote about a rental car that was vandalized with eggs. Last night they alerted readers of another bit of egg-related news, straight from the police scanner:
We’re listening to the police/fire scanner as usual during late-night watch right now, and just heard police responding to another report of “those eggers,” this time at California and Fauntleroy. If you see anything going on, remember, call 911. Vandalism is a crime.
Seems like these egg-wielding rogues are developing a reputation, even among police dispatchers. If my limited exposure to the sleazy underworld of egg-related crime - almost all of which I bore witness to during high school - is reliable, my guess is that the assailants are almost certainly teenagers.

The question now is, will they be able to continue their shell-shattering reign of terror without getting caught? Only time will tell.

Eggs and water balloons are really difficult to move around, it is a logistical nightmare. Toilet-rolling people is far easier.

Kids in Belfast would paint-bombs Brits armoured cars into Haight Asbury colors because they knew the Brit generals would not be chilled by the world's finest army, looking like so many VW van beatniks on an invasion.

The down-side was that the Brits who were on rotating six hour shifts might pop off a few rounds as re-painting exhaustion set in.

I am not saying we should shoot these kids with the eggs, well not all of them,

just one or two, heck, I am a liberal kind of guy, lets make it just the one. However, we don't want a NYPD missing candy bar scandal.

The Seattle PD durn better have scene of crime jpegs of the punk with egg yolk in his hand.
